Your Playback Learning® workshop will bring together the best of psychodrama, experiential learning and Gestalt therapy. You can choose the format your session takes:
Comic improvisation
Your team tells stories related to the session topic. Actors improvise hilarious versions of those stories. Then your team advises the actors on how to change the scenes. What a great way to build your team!
Dramatic hypothetical
Before the session, we interview staff and draw out a 'what if' scenario. Actors play out the scenario - but the scene stops just before the vital decision is made. Your team tell the actors what to do next. If you want to raise tough problems, choose this style of PlayBack Learning®.
Story with meaning
Take the sting out of 'sensitive' topics using metaphor. Story characters - such as vampires - play out scenes. Your team interacts with the characters to solve real problems in fictional contexts. Your trainer then links the scenes back to real life. There's lots of laughter during these sessions - but everyone also connects with real issues.
